Maple wood. Bread Bow knife. Extremely sharp blade. Great for cutting sourdough. The best way to use, is to hang the bread that you are cutting through off the edge of an elevated cutting board on the counter. This helps when the knife reaches through to the bottom of the loaf. Alternatively you can hand lift the loaf for the last few seconds of cutting to help with a straight angle the whole way through. These are excellent for cutting sourdough Boules. Once you get the hang of it, it's truly a superior cutting method! Finished with a light satin polyurethane.

How Does it work?
Your Bread will always be picked up at Mattapoisett Park and Ride from the back of our delivery van on the day you chose.
What if I miss my pickup time?
You will still be charged for your bread. If you think you wont get there, arrange somebody to pick it up fo you. Coordinate with family, friends and neighbors, take turns doing the pickup!
Can I pay cash at pickup?
Yes, but must still set up an account with us in case you dont show up. Then your payment would default to the card you entered.
